Tusk Conservation Awards 2025

The annual Tusk Conservation Awards were established in 2013 in partnership with Ninety One and in conjunction with HRH The Prince of Wales, to celebrate the achievements of extraordinary people whose work protecting Africa’s irreplaceable natural heritage might otherwise go unnoticed.

THE AWARDS
Prince William Award for Conservation in Africa
Sponsored by Ninety One, this is a lifetime achievement award, given to a distinguished individual for their outstanding dedication and exceptional continued contribution to conservation in Africa. The winner will be announced during the ceremony and will receive a a three-year grant of £100,000 towards their work.
Tusk Wildlife
Ranger Award
This award gives international recognition to the dedication and commitment of an individual who works in the field to protect Africa’s wildlife and wild places. The award is being sponsored by The Nick Maughan Family Foundation. The winner will receive a three-year grant of £30,000 towards their work.
